Job Description: Position Summary:  
A vacancy exists at our International Broadcast Facility for an experienced electronics engineer to head up broadcast operations at our transmitter site in Kununurra. This is a full time position. 

Reporting Relationship: 
He/she will report to the Australian Director.

Remuneration:
Missionary support package as agreed.
Mission related expenses as claimed and approved.

Job Requirements:  
This individual should possess the following: 
• Be a born again believer in Jesus Christ with a heart of servanthood. 
• Be committed to uphold and integrate the model for missions, by making disciples as a core process of all work-related activities. 
• Be in agreement with and uphold the HCJB Global Statement of Faith. 
• Be willing and committed to hold to the guidelines described in the HCJB Global Australia Policy Manual.

Responsibilities: 
• Direct the development of HCJB Australia's broadcast facilities.  
• Co-ordinate activities of technical staff at Kununurra. 
• Implement new technology
• In conjunction with Project Manager take a key role in moving broadcast facilities to their new site nearby.
• Operate transmitter and perform other duties as required 

Qualifications and Skills: 
• Professional qualifications in Broadcast Engineering or equivalent experience  
• Electronics and rigging (desirable) 
• Possess above average written and communication skills
• Be a team leader
• Be able to work under pressure
